Our Veterinary building has been home to a small animal clinic for 75 years and is well known and well thought of locally. The location is easy to find in a desirable and fast expanding semi-rural area. Close to Radlett, London Colney, St Albans, South Mimms, Potters Bar, Bushey, Watford, Mill Hill, Stanmore, Edgware. Parking on site. Very easy to reach from M25/A1/M1/A41. This would ideally suit someone with drive and tenacity to bring something new to the area, a specialist, teaching facility or expansion/move of an existing Practice. Other possibilities on site - Reception building/Second consult/Grooming room/ Office. Kennel building/Cattery may also be considered. Kennels and Cattery have recently closed.
