Hi, my name's Tom. I'm a photographer. My real passion is photographing people. In fact, it has become a bit of an obsession. Just ask my wife and kids, who have been photographed to within an inch of their lives.
After a short and failed dalliance with the music industry, I turned my creative talents to photography. Occasionally, I dust off the decks and pretend I'm Fatboy Slim for the evening.
I have been working professionally for 10 years specialising in weddings, portraits and events. I've also worked on a number of commercial projects for magazines and websites.
I work hard to keep my photography fresh and I like to think I have developed my own style.
When photographing weddings, I like to capture real moments as they happen, rather than pausing everything to take a photo. I like to tell a story through images; a documentary in photos if you like. People need to be relaxed in front of the camera and this seems to be something I'm good at achieving.
