At this property we replaced the Boiler with a sedbuk a rated gas boiler, and a larger Hot Water Cylinder. After knocking down the dividing wall we plastered tiled and fitted out the bathroom and painted to finish. This bathroom in Hammersmith had a separate toilet and bathroom, we took down the dividing wall and moved the doors out to square off the room, the ceiling was dropped to fit down lights. Then we plastered the room, tiled the floor and walls after fitting the bathroom suite and painted to finish.

At this job we moved the bath and Toilet, then fitted a diverter valve, fixed head shower and bath filler, this means there are no taps on the bath and the water fills the bath through the combined overflow and and filler. We fitted this to save space in the small room, then we plastered, tiled and painted to finish. Walk to HP Village.
