Our weight room is completely separate from the main upstairs Gym, so you can rest assured not to be put off by the weight lifters. Our studio has no viewing points which means you can take part in our class and be yourself.
Our main Gym has a smaller weight section, a huge range or Cardio equipment and resistance machines for all muscles. It's your whole complete workout, in room. And after all that you can relax in our reception where we serve free tea & coffee to any member after a workout. And maybe have a Homemade protein flapjack as well.
