Collectively as a team we have over 30years experience of working in the East End. Nicola Dardis (The Owner) and Patrick Morgan have worked together for over 20 years and previously ran Churchills Office in Stratford for many years before opening up T.J.Ball Property Services in 2009. Patrick is a real perfectionist, who takes a pride in everything he does, he loves people and really enjoys his job. Nicola is very determined and will always do the right thing, she describes herself as not a typical estate agent! Her professional down to earth honest approach always goes in her favour and is key to her success in this business. Anne Rainbow and Katherine Sinclair are the secretaries who are willing to go the extra mile. Katherine is very experienced on the legal side and Anne specialises in the property. They are super efficient and run the office smoothly.
