Jo has been involved in design and marketing throughout her career: working as European Marketing Manager for Technical Data, a division of Thomson Financial Services (now Thomson Reuters), responsible for all marketing literature and organising corporate events. She cut her teeth in magazines working for the weekly IFR Magazine (International Financing Review) and later focused full time on design and pre-press in the Design Studio at Henderson Global Investors, all based in the City of London. After time off raising a young family she came back to the workplace as a freelance designer, allowing flexibility for both her and the client alike, where she has worked on a variety of quarterly magazines, journals and marketing literature.

Francesca has been the Editor in Chief of the webchannel Climate Change TV and the business magazine Responding to Climate Change.
