Tia's Hair Salon

At Tia's we have a solid and loyal client base that we're happy to say grows and becomes more diverse week by week. We work predominantly with natural and transitional hair (hair that is being taken from chemically straight to natural) and offer everything: including locs; extensions; colour; cornrows; twists; plaits; dyes and treatments.

Never a place of exclusion, Tia's accepts that not all clients are ready to return to natural hair; however, after witnessing the simplicity and beauty of natural styling, we find many of the clients who come for hair straightening soon end up in the natural hair specialists' chairs.

Tia's salon prides itself in dispelling the stereotypes that go hand-in-hand with a visit to the hairdressers. Natural hair isn't treated as something to be tamed and settled, but is embraced as an attribute to be nurtured and decorated. Arriving in the morning doesn't mean you'll leave at midnight; the service is prompt and respectful of clients' schedules, space and comfort.
