Once vulnerable to day-to-day stresses and strains, I now have the inner resources and confidence to turn life's hurdles into opportunities to thrive. I've always been inspired by the idea of healing naturally. Always believed that the best doctor is you. Through harnessing our inner strength to reorganise the tensions that cause so many of life's aches, pains and stresses, NSA has this at its core. But NSA hasn't always been in my life.

Before discovering this groundbreaking care I had sought peace of mind and physical wellbeing in a number of therapies and medicines, but none of them truly allowed me to heal. They simply took me back to how I was before the problem started; to a place that gave rise to the problem in the first place. Determined to help others and myself in a profound way and without the need for drugs or surgery, I decided to qualify as a Master of Chiropractic.
