Thresholds Surveyors have been trading since 1986, having opened offices in Golders Green and St John's Wood, but over the last 20 years we have been based in Finchley. Russell Spiro FRICS, who fronts the company, has worked for surveying practices and corporations prior to opening his own practice. During his career he has worked out of offices in Edgware, Colindale, Kensal Rise and Victoria - the primary work covering Central London through the North and North West London postcodes, but also including the Home Counties.
A member of the RICS since 1979 Russell was elected an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in April 1986 and subsequently elected a Fellow in May 1992. During these years he has dealt with over 12,000 projects covering the full spectrum of work and has also travelled the majority of United Kingdom and into Central Europe from Edinburgh to Brussels, and Margate to Frome.
