Gone with the hefty estate agent commission of many years ago, here at Threshold we understand that when buying and selling a home every penny counts, whether it be towards that new kitchen or your profit margin and we don’t agree with unjustified commission rates. We have bespoke packages available to suit the individual from the seasoned property professional who would prefer to conduct their own viewings using the ‘leave it to me’ online package to the leave it to us’ traditional package where we control and guide you from start to finish.
