Thomas & Thomas are a long established practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and Party Wall Surveyors that was established in 1899. The name "Thomas" is the surname of five brothers and cousins from the same Thomas family of Structural Engineers and Surveyors that set up Practice in the 19th Century. The Practice remained in the Thomas family until 1925, sold to an Architect Mr James Gillis until 1965 when the late Ron Callard became Sole Principal.

Clive Callard entered into partnership in 1990 having joined the Practice in 1977.
