She also teaches adult Vinyasa-Flow Yoga, Yin-Yoga, 1:2:1 classes and regular weekend workshops. Classes are based in her beautiful, dedicated yoga studios in St Agnes, The Wellbeing Studios St Agnes, situated within the Miners and Mechanics Institute. She also offers mentoring for yoga teachers, first aid courses, specialist CPD workshops, Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training (September 2019), 300hr Foundation Yoga Teacher Training course (January 2020) and Toddler & Pre-school Yoga Teacher Training (March 2020).
