Fabrice is an experienced gourmet chef, having learned his business in France with some of Europe's top chefs. He spent years studying in Toulouse where he was awarded the C.A.P French National Culinary Diploma in Classical Cuisine. Assisted by Turid - a startlingly talented baker and chef in her own right - Fabrice can conjure up a meal fit for an emperor, or present you with a solid peasant dish from Provence.
The Wicked Chef can assist not only with the preparation of the meal, but also with the planning, selection of wines, shopping for the purest and freshest ingredients and ensuring the presentation is optimal.
