The Village Optician is a family run local independent optician. Founded in 2003 by Optometrist brothers Michael and Stephen Peart, The Village Optician has grown from one practice in Cobblers Hall, Newton Aycliffe to four Opticians practices in Durham and Darlington.
We also provide a home visiting service, Opticians To You, which covers the whole of County Durham and Tyne and Wear.
To help look after your eyes all of our standard glasses lenses are reflection free with enhanced UV protection and our elite lenses are also guaranteed against scratches.
