I first became interested in osteopathy when I was a child after having osteopathic treatment for knee pain. I was fascinated with how the osteopath relieved the pain with only two or three treatments and without even working on my knee. He explained that the problem was originating from my back. This fascination never wore off and so in 1996 I started a four year full time course at The Maidstone College of Osteopathy.
At Tonbridge Osteopathic Clinic I believe that prevention is better than cure. We expect so much from our body in our daily life and often do not give it a second thought until we feel pain. Osteopathy is an effective and efficient therapy that can be used to help us in many ways, relieving aches, pains and restrictions and helping us recover from accidents and injury.
It is also a brilliant way to keep our body working as smoothly and efficiently as it possibly can, supporting us to perform to our maximum potential at work, in sports and at home with our families.
