Geoff, is a full SEAL member of The Dudley Borough Coaching Assocation. He is CRB cleared to work with children, is Child Protection trained and is First Aid trained by the FA. He has over 20 years of karate training experience and has trained with many of the greats including: Sensei Andy Sherry 8th dan, Sensei Cyril Cummings 7th dan, Frank Brennan 7th dan andRonnie Christopher 6th dan.

I believe in the traditional disciplines of kihon, kata and kumite and that the chief goal of karate training is the perfection of character. Training should be challenging because through endeavour we grow, but most of all training should be fun.
