The company's founder David MacKintosh, has worked many years in catering industry working in many prestigious hotels taking part in many competitions. There is a stringent quality procedure in place to ensure products meet our higher standards and that food is manufactured safely at all levels. The Sandwich Larder holds CMI Diligence Gold Standard and has done for last 5 years.
