We provide safe, nurturing homes and educational environments on varying sites for young people from the age of 11 to 19 who need Care & Education packages, Care only placements (these YP may attend other schools or may not require education) or Education only placements. The Secure Base Model (developed by Gillian Schofield & Mary Beek, University of East Anglia) is used throughout the organisation. It has its roots in theory and research in attachment, and also resilience.

Secure Base provides a framework for caregiving and central to working within the model is opportunity for reflection of the 'Caregiving Cycle' in practice; this is shaped through staff team reflections which focuses upon the interactions that occur between caregivers and young people.
