We are open all year except Christmas. Children and quiet dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Cockermouth is ideally situated for visiting the Lake District, the Cumbrian coast and the Border country. The high fells are in easy reach with peaks such as Haystacks and Red Pike being only a short drive. For cyclists the C2C and Reivers cycling routes both pass through Cockermouth and safe storage can be provided for bicycles.
