Our craftspeople create their pieces using a combination of traditional methods and modern technologies; this lets us offer a very broad spectrum of services and ensures our work is always up to the highest standard.

All of our creations are handmade and come with our unique peace-of-mind 5-year warranty, so you can be sure that once your piece is crafted our after-sales service will be in keeping of those same high standards.

As responsible jewellers, we are committed to ethically sourcing our goods and materials and, as such, we fully embrace the Kimberley Process and Fair Trade practices.

We are proud members of the British Jewellers Association (BJA) and are bound by their rules to provide nothing but excellent customer service. We are fully insured to handle all aspects of your work. All of our work is passed on from stage to stage by hand – nothing is posted – to ensure that mishaps and postal errors are avoided at all costs.
