The Property Company has been operating as a lettings and management agency for over TWO decades. Andrew Koumi founded The Property Company in 1995 with an aim to become North London’s specialist in property management. Since a single computer and a telephone, we have expanded into a three branch operation with a fourth to be opened before the end of the year. We now have a physical presence in Crouch End, Southgate, Muswell Hill and soon enough Camden We pride ourselves in expanding the business organically by taking on professionals who work and live in the areas we cover.
