I have worked in a number of different hospitality settings ranging from my own home, through delicatessen sales, cafes, outside catering companies, management of food retail, large scale catering for weddings at a popular country house estate in the South West and as a Cook to a private estate.
I have been cooking and entertaining for over 25 years.
