The Little Letting Company Ltd was formed in the Year 2000 to take full advantage of the new internet based technologies and become one of the first e-based letting agents in Britain. Originally established to manage the family's own personal portfolio, it has rapidly grown to become one of the leading specialist independent Letting Agents in the area, offering a wide range of quality properties from studio apartments to large executive homes.

Our family business is underpinned by membership of the industry's professional body, the Association of Residential Letting Agents (A.R.L.A.), as such we abide by their code of practice which includes full client money protection, PI Insurance, membership of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for Regulated Agents and membership of the Ombudsman scheme.
