I am fully qualified and registered with the General Osteopathic Council, having trained at The British School of Osteopathy and graduated in 1985.

I believe that Osteopathy can provide effective treatment and relief of back pain and many musculo-skeletal injuries, without the use of surgery, injections or medication. Osteopathy can provide effective relief for many problems in a very natural way. I specialise in acute and chronic pain and rehabilitation. I prescribe useful exercises to do during the day or at the gym.

Did you know that if you have a disc problem, for example, you do not necessarily need surgery? Disc problems can be painful due to injury and inflammation. They are soft tissues that can repair. My treatment can speed up the repair proccess by increasing the blood supply and reducing the inflammation. Inflammation is not always a bad thing. It's our body's natural repair kit. But it is painful and can cause the feeling of stiffness.
