The Kindergarten

The Kindergarten is a long established nursery, offering children the opportunity to develop their full potential in a small, childfriendly establishment which combines traditional caring standards with up to the minute good practice in early education. The Kindergarten is purpose built to provide a stimulating environment for children and the secure garden area provides extensive opportunity for outdoor physical play and a range of enviornmental activities.

Over the past fourteen years since we first opened we have had consistently positive reports from both HMIE and The Care Commission.

The Kindergarten has been working on developing the new national Curriculum for Excellence throughout the past year and the results of this are reflected in our achieving two grade 5's and two grade 6's in the four areas inspected against the Care Commission's National Standards.
