As a result of our Italian background we have an innate love of simple, fresh quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods to make the most delicious food! With our food doing all the talking it was not long before we began expanding into corporate catering with events ranging for small canapé parties to 15000 ticket music festivals and everything in between!
