The Island Grill is a family run/owned catering business, specialising in authentic and traditional Caribbean cuisine. We have a passion for creating great tasting Caribbean food and dining experience staying true to the rich Caribbean soul and flavour using recipes handed down through generations. We focus on providing an exceptional food experience for events looking for a catering package with an edge.

Our menu is fresh, bold, spicy and full of flavours. We use natural, fresh produce, herbs, spices and traditional cooking methods for a real taste of the Caribbean. Our menu reflects the history of Caribbean Cuisine, with influences from all over the world. You can expect the Caribbean classic such as curry goat and jerk chicken as well as new dishes such as Mango chicken.
