The Home Rental Company opened its lettings office in 2005 located on one of the busy main thoroughfares on Spilman Street in the heart of the county town of Carmarthen and quickly opened our property management support office on the first and second floors above our Carmarthen lettings office and today The Home Rental Company is now expanding and developing services on-line with our ‘Click & Fix’ maintenance reporting system for tenants, and now landlords and tenants can sign documents on-line from almost anywhere in the world, quickly and securely.
The Home Rental Company’s founding aim are to focus on people as well as property, working to the standards and the codes of practice of Rent Smart Wales and The Property Ombudsman. We offer a local expertise as a specialist residential letting and property management agent, our letting office teams continue to successfully match people to properties, carefully tailoring the information on our extensive database of property details and landlords requirements.
