The Home Partnership was formed in 2006 by three friends and colleagues, who wanted to provide an estate agency service that was modern in its approach and thinking but keeping traditional values with a high quality personal service. Scott Mason, Joanne Williams and Merrick Allen are the three directors that form this exciting partnership in estate agency and financial services with over fifty years' experience between them in Brentwood and Chelmsford.
We chose to start our own independent estate agency offering independent mortgage advice, having become frustrated with the impersonal approach and target driven attitude of a corporate estate agency. Our aim, as our name suggests is to establish long term partnerships with our clients, dealing with them time after time to help avoid the stress that buying, renting, selling or letting a home can bring.
