The Hair Sanctuary

Staff Jane - Salon Proprietor Hi I'm Jane and The Hair Sanctuary is my creation! I have aimed to provide a salon experience which provides quality hair styling in a warm friendly atmosphere. I am in my fifty's (shush!) and I came to Hairdressing later in life, having already worked in a number of fields including the beauty industry and for contrast, security and First Aid at Gatwick Airport. I have a lot of tales to tell! I retrained as a hairdresser when Gordon Brown, the chancellor, made it known he wanted us all to work to a ripe-old-age. I am qualified to Level 3 and have trained at Chichester College, Scissor-Tec and Brinsbury. My first love is hair-up and I love to create up-do's for weddings and special occasions. I aim to achieve an individual look that reflects your personality and that won't come down half way through your important day I am proud to have created designs that have survived "Brides on the Beach" (Paul Inskip photography) photo shoot with howling winds and sea-spray.
