Bryan Richards the Director of The Green Architect studied at Newcastle University in 2001 and decided to retain his skills gained within the local area. Bryan started his career in North Shields before setting up practice of his own in 2010. Since, Bryan has already worked on an extensive range of Residential Master Plans (04-300 houses), HMO, Healthcare, Offices, Restaurants, Cafes/Bistros, Pavilions, Residential Apartments and nursing homes. Bryan has a keen interest in planning policy and works closely with the Local Councils.
