Rob was working as a Business Development consultant for a large firm of financial advisors when he and his soon to be wife decided to sell their home and start a business. Within a week of moving home they set up the business and also had a fantastic wedding in Rob's parents garden. They decided to open a high street estate agency to run along side their business and before long Rob, Sue and their kids were walking the streets delivering as many leaflets as possible to start the business.

Things were going well so another office was opened. Soon it became apparent to Rob that this market was changing. He and the staff were tied to the office waiting for customers to come in but the customers didn't come. They were either searching for property on the internet or out viewing properties. So Rob decided drastic action was needed. He didn't want to become one of the many faceless on line estate agents and knew there was a better way.
