In the highly unlikely event you change your mind once the items are in your home or If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we will be happy to arrange the return of your goods and issue a refund minus £30 per order to cover the return carriage cost. We always quality check your furniture before it leaves the warehouse in our efforts to provide great customer service. If for some reason you receive it faulty or damaged please let us know within 14 days of taking delivery by emailing returns@thefurnituremarket.co.uk and we will arrange to return or replace the item free of charge.
