FRC was founded in 2011 by our Managing Director, Donna Metcalf with a clear objective for providing high quality, bespoke and cost-effective specialist Water Industry Consultancy and Sub-Consultancy Services to Private, Corporate and Public Sector Clients. Based in East Lancashire, we are ideally located to undertake projects throughout the UK.
