The Fitness Factory

The Fitness Factory opened in 1984 and has since then become one of the largest private health clubs on the Isle of Wight. With a cardio/fitness gym and two free weights gyms. It has a total of 50 resistance stations and free weights, plus 11 C.V stations. In addition there is a dance studio which holds around 25 classes every week including Aerobics, Body Pump, Karate and Children's Dance. There is always a friendly atmosphere at the club encouraged by owner/instructor Steve Milton and his experienced qualified staff, some of whom have worked there for over 20 years. Beginners/new customers are always welcome.
