The Fishslab Gallery 11 OXFORD STREET, WHITSTABLE, CT5 1DB is a non profit making organisation run by volunteers. The gallery is available to hire on a weekly basis and we welcome established artists as well as those new to exhibiting. The gallery is open to artists in all media but be do like to emphasise that we are a gallery not a shop so ‘art on walls’ is encouraged.
And if you are wondering why it is called The Fishslab Gallery? It used to be a fishmongers – just look out for the marble slab!The Fishslab Gallery is located in the up and coming artists quarter of Whitstable so for something different every week at The Fishslab Gallery – just remember our motto– ‘Fresh Art Weekly’ Exhibitions run from Wednesday – Tuesday.Opening hours are normally 10am – 5pm everyday – this may change as each exhibitor is responsible for their own show.
