Energy Solutions UK was formed in 2007 to coincide with the Home Information Pack (HIP) legislation introduced by the Labour Government which came into force later on that same year. Along with other documentation the Energy Performance Certificate formed part of the HIP. We quickly built a successful business supplying Solicitors, HIP Providers, Housing Associations and Estate Agents with Energy Performance Certificates to satisfy this controversial legislation.
