We first opened a catering business in 2010 and have been catering in Leigh-on-Sea and Southend within the county of Essex. The last 4 years has seen our growth expand to London and Kent. We have also under taken catering oversea's and hope to use the local airport as a new hub for our business abroad in the near future. I now undertake Food styling work and restaurant consultancy in our expanding company and services.
Our 'Back 2 Front' Restaurant Consultancy leads the way for many small private restaurants in Essex. We also provide consultancy to both commercial and non-commercial food service chains as well as independant operators, councils, nhs & manufacturing community.
Our team of in house chefs create and design menus, training and help develop new ideas and concepts for new trends and the old.
