The Drake is situated in a central location 2 minutes walk from the Hoe Promenade which overlooks the historic Plymouth Sound of Sir Francis Drake - bowls - Spanish Armada fame! The Sound is also one of the largest, natural harbours in the world. The city centre, with its amenities, The Theatre Royal, The Historic Barbican (Plymouths old quarter) and The Plymouth Pavilions are all 5 minutes walk away.
