Rachael and Craig are qualified chefs that have worked in the restaurant trade for almost two decades and today, gathering all their experience and understanding about quality, fresh and delicious food, they are offering catering and hospitality services for a variety of occasions and events. Having a passion about good food, world’s cuisines, entertainment and event management, we at The Deli At Pershore are listening to your vision and ideas and making sure to achieving them.

We are Rachael and Craig Etherington and the Deli@Pershore is our life, literally our life; we eat sleep and drink our business because we have a real passion for great food and friendly service. As qualified chefs who have worked in the restaurant trade for over 15 years we wanted to get close to our customers and when the opportunity to create the Deli@Pershore came up we could not wait to get started.

It was just what we were looking for; a "food orientated, close to the customer business" in a beautiful market town where we could get to know our customers closely. We are passionate about the produce we offer, as much as possible is made by us with you our customer in mind.

What we do not make ourselves, we source from producers who offer great quality and are passionate and unique in what they do. For us it's all about great food, and a great experience, so why not share our passion as we'd love to meet you. This is the heart of our business, where we feel we can be at our most creative.
