The Daolin Centre is a group of people who come together to practise and preserve the heritage of Chinese martial arts and to promote a greater understanding of the arts of Tai Chi and Shaolin Kung Fu. The centre is open to everyone, regardless of age or current fitness levels and our courses have been designed to be as accessible and versatile as possible.

We aim to offer something for everyone with courses in the internal arts of Tai Chi and Qigong to the more energetic exercises of Shaolin Kung Fu. Our classes are based in Penwortham, Preston, Lancashire close to the city centre for easy access from all locations.
