​As an active member of the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM), I set up The Cat Vet to devote my career to genuinely making a difference to the health & well-being of each & every cat. The best way to achieve this I believe, is by bringing routine veterinary care to the place where cats feel most at ease ... their own home. I started from scratch (so to speak) & set up the ultimate in cat friendly vet clinics, the UK's first "no dogs allowed" Home Visiting Clinic, which is based on the Queen's doorstep on the borders of Berkshire, Surrey & Hampshire. My Expert Advice page is designed to help cat carers from all financial and cultural backgrounds to access the same down to earth, reliable & practical advice that my clinic's clients receive. I am a self confessed 'crazy cat lady' & had to work harder than most to make my dream of becoming a vet happen, so this is probably why I am still as passionate about improving cat health & well being now, as I was at age six. Nothing makes me happier in my job than being able to share my expert knowledge with fellow cat humans so together we can positively affect cats' lives.
