On 31st October 1988 our doors opened for business in Chester and The Business Connection was born! Its aim - to provide a first class recruitment service to local and national companies, and build a reputation for excellence, reliability and straightforward, uncomplicated solutions. Our Liverpool office opened in January 2009 and has quickly replicated the processes and values established by our original office, leading to a successful trusted relationship with many local companies.

Over the years the face of The Business Connection has changed, but we have never lost sight of the original vision. It remains as important to the business today as it was at the beginning. We understand that the modern day employer demands a vibrant, proactive recruitment service and we have identified and reacted to these changing dynamics, whilst continuing to provide traditional recruitment services that can add such value to a client's business.
