Because we are a family-run hotel group we will go the extra mile if possible; we pride ourselves on being "small enough to care" - if you want something that's not in a brochure or on the website - just ask, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your wishes. Across the hotels we offer a variety of function rooms suitable for all manner of events; weddings, parties, balls, conferences, and anything else you can think of. Both hotels also boast easy access via major routes, ample (free) car parking, and free wifi amongst our many facilities. We know it's these little things that make a big difference to our customers. This was bought originally as a farm by Ashley’s parents in 1985, and then opened as an 11-bedroom hotel on 3rd August 1990. Their original intention was to open 4 days a week as a retirement project, but local demand put paid to that, and the number of bedrooms was slowly increased.
