Who are you? Hi, I'm Mike, from Blackpool. I have over 14 years experience in property repairs. I am a time served plumber, a qualified Electrician, an ex hotel Maintenance Manager / Engineer, and was until more recently an Electrical Safety Inspector for a Large 4 star Hotel Group. I have vast knowledge in the things I do and can put forward my wide range of skills to complete your 'to do list' in no time at all. I have been involved in various large projects, including upgrading the central heating, kitchens & bathrooms in over 3000 local authority houses to meet the decent homes standard, the £5m refurbishment of the 4 star Hallmark Hotel near Manchester Airport, the refurbishment of Fleetwood YMCA sports center and the re-development of a sheltered accommodation unit in Thornton. Why did you set up a handyman business? The Blackpool Handyman was formed after I got made redundant in January 2013.
