Bill & Taylor is a family owned business which was established in 1979 when Mike Taylor and Peter & Lesley Bill got together to form a partnership. Peter & Lesley already had a successful practice in Newton Abbot and the first Bill & Taylor practice in Teignmouth was closely followed by another in Dawlish when Mike's cousin Roger Taylor joined the group. In the 1990's Roger opened a practice in Topsham and Mike acquired existing practices in Honiton and Cullompton. In 2009 a practice in Barnstaple was added to the group. In 2010 Peter Bill and Roger Taylor decided to aim for retirement allowing James and Charles Bill to take more control of Newton Abbot and Dawlish. In 2014 Bill Optical took over the running of the Honiton practice to add to their growing group.
All practices are staffed by fully qualified and like minded colleagues dedicated to giving the very best eye-care.
