Now with 5 locations throughout Devon, the Crediton Bike Shed was born out of MRS Motor Spares in 1994. The volume of business necessitated a move to the current, much larger premises allowing us to more than quadruple our stock holding, and to successfully instigate and co-ordinate many events within the Devon area. The acquisition of the Barnstaple Bike Shed widened our customer base significantly and enabled us to expand our range of products and services even further throughout the Devon area.

The Bike Shed is a member of the The Association of Cycle Traders, best known as the ACT. The ACT is the largest cycling trade organisation in the UK and one of the most progressive trade associations in the outdoor, leisure and sports arenas. ACT is a non-profit making membership organisation, which represents the interests of over 2500 specialist independent cycle shops, hire centres, workshops and their supply partners throughout the UK.
