The Bellrock in Arbroath. You might have heard the name before. We have been the Bellrock since 2006. The name was changed from the Bervie chipper in 2006, while it was an independent business but being run with the same name we were making big changes and improvements and entering awards.
We felt it was important to disassociate ourselves from the Bervie name we have a different outlook on fish & chips.
Our buffet is great for everyone! We have Something to suit everyone. Fom Battered Haddock & Spicy Fish to White Pudding, King Rib, Sausage & More.
For a long time, we were the only fish and chips business to hold the sea fish quality award and coming in the top 5 in the whole of Scotland. You can come into our takeaway or restaurant and have your food freshly cooked just for you. We also do the world famous local delicacy the Arbroath Smokie. Also, a must to try is our exclusive Battered/Breaded Smokie which started a media frenzy! A fantastic way to enjoy Arbroath Smokies without the hassle of the skin and bones.
