Bill Bell MBEng, the Managing Director has been active throughout the building industry in design and management throughout the North East since 1960. Bill is widely experienced in all forms of construction from inception to completion, including design, measurement, costing, reconciliation of subcontractor's accounts, mediation in disputes and formal certification.
Phil Ternent BSc (Hons) Dip DEA, NDEA - Director, Phil has many years experience in the construction industry from managing building related businesses. He has a First Class Degree in Building Surveying from Northumbria University. Phil specialises in Planning and Building Regulation Submissions for a number of retained clients. He is a Qualified Domestic & Commercial Energy Assessor and also provides guidance and best practice on Energy Saving measures particularly on building refurbishment projects.
