We use the hot water soil extraction method of cleaning carpets and upholstery, together with prochem specialist chemicals. All prochem products are manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standards and the latest EC environmental and safety requirments. The hot water soil extraction method involves a pressurised hot water and cleaning/ deodorising mixture being injected into the pile of the carpet which dislodges deep down dirt and greese. The fluid is then sucked into a recovery bank, taking all the loosened dirt with it. The carpet then has clean water pumped through it in the same process to remove any residue of dirt or cleaning products. The process is deep cleaning, restoring lustre, colour and pile that is fast drying. The process can also help with the removal of the parasites that contribute to house dust mite allergy.
